Tour guide Syed was amazing highly recommended
Extremely disappointing experience. Hussain never showed up. We arrived on time at the exact meeting point, but the guide was nowhere to be found. We messaged him through the platform, and even another guide (who was leading a different tour) tried calling him — no answer. We traveled all the way from Kyoto just for this tour, and to receive no cancellation, no explanation, and not even an apology is completely unacceptable.
Guide had exceptional knowledge and projected his explanations with passion. We visited a range of places of interest and the additional information we learned about was so interesting.
