This was a terrific tour filled with information that one cannot get on their own. Tour Guide was professional and very nice. I recommend this tour group.
The route and the information provided were very relevant and well explained. We were a small group, which made the experience more personal, and Seyd took the time to answer all of our questions. I also really appreciated his enthusiasm, which made the tour lively and engaging. Improving his English a little bit could make the experience even better
Extremely disappointing experience. Hussain never showed up. We arrived on time at the exact meeting point, but the guide was nowhere to be found. We messaged him through the platform, and even another guide (who was leading a different tour) tried calling him — no answer. We traveled all the way from Kyoto just for this tour, and to receive no cancellation, no explanation, and not even an apology is completely unacceptable.
