Henry shared a lot of very interesting information about Heidelberg’s history. We were a small group of 6 and everyone seemed engaged and obviously enjoyed it. He had a good knowledge of the area and communicated it well.
Anna was very engaging and friendly. She showed us many nice spots, including nice architecture details that we would have missed otherwise. The historical aspects she shared also help us to appreciate the city much more! She also tailored the route based on our preferences/what we had seen previously and what we hadn’t
Henry didn’t show. We didn’t receive any advice that the tour was cancelled. Very disappointing
