Soy originaria de Londres, Reino Unido, pero vivo en Heidelberg desde hace 16 años. He trabajado como guía turístico durante 10 años ofreciendo recorridos por Heidelberg y toda la región. Disfruto conociendo gente nueva, compartiendo un poco de la historia de Heidelberg y ayudándote a aprovechar al máximo tu tiempo en "la ciudad más hermosa de Alemania". Ahora ofrezco estos recorridos junto con mi colega Victor. Él es originario de Rusia, pero ha estado viviendo, estudiando y trabajando en Heidelberg durante varios años.
Booked this tour for the 17th April, 2pm. Went to the spot but the guide was no where to be found. Messaged both on Whatsapp and guruwalk's message page to the guide, no response. No advance intimidation was sent either. Truly unprofessional. I have taken many guruwalk tours before but this is the first time I've experienced this kind of no-show.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. We arrived 20 minutes early and waited 20 minutes past the meeting time. We wasted our whole and we are only visiting the city for one day. If the guide cancelled before we would not have minded but not showing up without communication is ridiculous.
The tour guide no-showed. Very unprofessional. Easily could have notified if they did not want to do the tour.
