Ich komme ursprünglich aus London, Großbritannien, lebe aber seit 16 Jahren in Heidelberg. Ich arbeite seit 10 Jahren als Reiseleiter und gebe Touren durch Heidelberg und die gesamte Region. Ich lerne gerne neue Leute kennen, erzähle Ihnen etwas über die Geschichte Heidelbergs und helfe Ihnen, Ihre Zeit in der „schönsten Stadt Deutschlands“ optimal zu nutzen. Diese Touren gebe ich jetzt gemeinsam mit meinem Kollegen Victor. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Russland, lebt, studiert und arbeitet aber seit mehreren Jahren in Heidelberg.
Booked this tour for the 17th April, 2pm. Went to the spot but the guide was no where to be found. Messaged both on Whatsapp and guruwalk's message page to the guide, no response. No advance intimidation was sent either. Truly unprofessional. I have taken many guruwalk tours before but this is the first time I've experienced this kind of no-show.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. We arrived 20 minutes early and waited 20 minutes past the meeting time. We wasted our whole and we are only visiting the city for one day. If the guide cancelled before we would not have minded but not showing up without communication is ridiculous.
The tour guide no-showed. Very unprofessional. Easily could have notified if they did not want to do the tour.
