We have never used Tour Guru before, we were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised as the tour was very well managed, information presented very interesting and the tour guide entertaining.
Ricardo was humorous, passionate and made history fun! He was kind enough to meet the 2 of us instead of cancelling the tour due to insufficient people which we really appreciated!
It was a great experience. Our guide, Tyler, was super well prepared. He was able to answer so much outside of his planned explanations. I think he is an authentic fan of the city and it shows in the enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge he brings to the tour.
