San is an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly guide. He is from the Chiang Mai district so he knows the area well. I particularly appreciated his detailed insights into his country’s history, and Buddhism.
It turned that I was the only participant on the tour. Lucky me! San asked a few questions about what I had already seen in Chiang Mai and tailored the visits with that in mind. Everywhere we went was a first for me. I was concerned about cycling in the traffic and on the left side of the road but closely following the guide took care of that. Highly recommended.

I’ve been on over a dozen walking tours in the last few months, and this was one of my favorites! The combination of walking and biking allowed us to cover so much more ground. San is knowledgeable and passionate about Chiang Mai and the history of Thailand. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough!
