Highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai so far. A wonderful way to orientate yourself when you first come to Chiang Mai. San was a great guru, giving us loads of information and taking us on a really, interesting, fun route. Cycling is a great way to cover more ground and get a good feel for the place. Thank you San! San is an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly guide. He is from the Chiang Mai district so he knows the area well. I particularly appreciated his detailed insights into his country’s history, and Buddhism.
It turned that I was the only participant on the tour. Lucky me! San asked a few questions about what I had already seen in Chiang Mai and tailored the visits with that in mind. Everywhere we went was a first for me. I was concerned about cycling in the traffic and on the left side of the road but closely following the guide took care of that. Highly recommended.
