Shigeki was so nice and gave us a very e pensive tour in Nara. He took us to a lookout that gave us an overview of the city, then to 2 beautiful gardens. We really enjoyed going through the park with him and interacting with the deer. He knew all the best spots for photos and took so many wonderful pictures of us to help us remember Nara. He gave us information about the temples that we went to, and took us to an old style Japanese house. Shigeki was even kind enough to walk us to our train at the end of the tour. Thanks for the beautiful pictures you sent us!

Shigeki designed a tour suited to our needs and shared the details with us beforehand to get our feedback. He was patient and kind, providing detailed information in excellent English—which we understood well, even though we aren't very fluent in the language ourselves. He also gave us recommendations on where to have lunch and what else to see once the tour was over. I highly recommend him, not least because he knows the area very well; he is also a truly kind and friendly person—even with children! Thank you!

We enjoyed a lot our tour in Nara with Shinge! He explained the main sites well and took us to a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a local lunch. It was a very nice tour.

Shigeki-san was an excellent tour guide, with a personal history and passion for Nara. He took me around the parks, temples, shrines, and shops located in Nara, thus resulting in a very meaningful and memorable experience. I left Nara feeling the need to return. Nara is so beautiful, and Shigeki-san made it such a wonderful and impactful first experience, as he knew exactly where to go and had many stories to tell. We explored a lot of fun nooks and crannies of the city. Shigeki-san explained aspects that make Nara unique, as well as introduced me to various shops, taught me details about the locals, and explained the neighborhoods in context of Nara's history. It was also interesting to hear this perspective as someone born and raised in Nara. We had a lot of great conversations, and I feel that I learned a lot. Shigeki-san was very positive, with a great vibe, and I felt very comfortable exploring the city with him. He was very knowledgeable, relaxed and fun. Thank you so much for today Shigeki-san. I hope to go on another tour with you again someday.

It was a pleasure to explore Nara with Shigeki, a knowledgeable local! He guided us through the deer park, the Great Budah Temple and the Kasugataisha Shrine. He also took us to an amazing Nara special meal lunch and to a sake tasting experience. I definitely recommend him!

Es un chico con muchísimo conocimiento sobre su cultura, súper apasionado y siempre pendiente de que todos disfrutemos al máximo. Es muy puntual, amable y servicial. Al final del tour siempre te recomienda sitios donde comer o cosas que ver, y se nota que ama la naturaleza. Además, tiene otros tours que también están genial. ¡De verdad, 100 % recomendable!

¡Fue una experiencia de 10! Nada mejor para conocer Nara y su historia. Masa fue un guía excelente, se nota que le gusta transmitir todo su conocimiento y compartirlo con los demás. Si tuviera que volver, sin duda, repetiría con él.
