We are so fortunate to have taken this tour with Alex. We took the 4 pm tour which was a great time for the changing lights. Highly recommend.

The night walk through Osaka Palace is a nice way to see it with less people around. Pamela is fairly new to Osaka, but has excellent knowledge, was interesting and entertaining and was very helpful.

Our guide (Kaz) was amazing. She was very enthousiastic, told us all about the history of Osaka Castle and could answer any question we had. I can not emphasize enough the positive energy she brough throughout the tour, which made it a very pleasant experience.

Had a really nice time on Yuta's walking tour of Osaka Castle! He was super friendly, kind and funny, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I especially appreciated how helpful he was. He knows a lot about the history of the castle and Osaka, and was also happy to share recommendations for other places to visit and things to do around the city. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Definitely recommend joining his tour. Thanks, Yuta!

Highly recommend the tour. Kaz does a phenomenal job explaining the history of the castle, and brings a really positive energy to the tour, enthusiastically explaining the significance of different parts of the castle.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your friendly tone, appreciation and gentle humour. 😊 Taka is a knowledgeable tour guide. We really enjoyed walking with him and listening to him bring the history to life. Unfortunately, the tour ended at the museum entrance. If we wanted to enter the museum, we had to go back down and join the much longer queue, unlike the shorter queue we had passed when climbing the stairs to the point where the tour ended. Perhaps he is still new to guiding, as he seemed a little hesitant to explain that a "free tour" means we are free to decide how much to tip him, rather than meaning no tip is expected at all. Few guides even politely circulate a paper bag or a container 😀

Hide was exceptional. He brought the group together, provided a great introduction and was engaging. He stopped along the way to explain the highlights, take pictures and received questions. It was a super day.

Kaz was great and made it a great tour besides horrible weather! A big highlight of this tour is, that you get to skip the queue at the tower, saving lots of time. The castle overall is massive but the tower is not original and was rebuilt with concrete last century. With this, it's definitely one tier below Japan's top-castles. If you have the time for it, better visit Himeji or Matsumoto.

Excellent female guide who spoke English well. Detailed historical information given. Keen to answer questions. Really enjoyable. Skip the line arrangement saved us from the long queues. Our visit was on a very wet day but our guide stuck to the programme. Excellent tour which I would recommend.

The tour was great, Tetsu was full of historical and cultural insight, knew just where to go and took the time to explain things. Communication was excellent, he send reminders and checked on us by calling, which I really appreciate. Sometimes the most difficult part of a tour is hoping your in the right spot and can find the guide easily, that was Tetsu. Those small check ins made the difference for me. Im never disappointed by these tours and guides!

Nori was a fantastic guide! Warm, genuine, and full of interesting information. He did an amazing job taking us through Osaka Castle, and we learned so much about the history of the region. This tour was a highlight of our time in Osaka.

We had an amazing tour with Saya! She is incredibly knowledgeable about Japanese culture, and her lovely, bubbly personality made the whole experience so enjoyable—even despite the heavy rain! Tetsu was awesome! As a native of Japan, he gave additional insight that most tour guides cannot provide. He was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and entertaining! He made sure we learned plenty, kept us engaged, and it felt like a gathering of friends. Thank you very much Tetsu :)

We had a wonderful walking tour of Osaka Castle with Erina! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, making the tour both interesting and enjoyable.
