Our tour guide Gaudi (hope you're feeling honored 😬) had a treasure trove of facts and explained quite a lot about his life in Japan as an expat. He gave us a very food picture about about Japanese language which was very insightful into the culture of Japan. It was a great tour.

George was great, he knew which vendors to avoid and which ones to try. Also it was nice to know the history of the market and information about the food that we never would have known if we went on our own.

To explain Ethan contacted us and asked if we could change to a later tour as we were only 2 but as we were getting picked up a couple of hours after tour ended to fly home we couldn’t. Thereafter Ethan was BRILLIANT and a credit to you. He sent me a detailed itinerary of his tour with google map locations for each with an explanation. We then did the tour ourselves which was great as we saw places we would never have seen on our own and for this I thank him. I would also state that the only reason I gave 2 categories 4 stars was because I think it would have been 5 stars had Ethan been able to do tour

George provided an entertaining and interesting tour of the fish market. We stopped at a range of food stalls and tasted sashimi, dumplings, wagu beef, sushi, fried chicken & eel. All were very tasty. Remember to take cash and wear comfy shoes. Thank you George.
