Second time to have the tour with Benjamin.I saw a lot of traditional stuffs during Dragon-boat Festival（Dragon boat race,handmade rice dumpling experience and so on)So cool this tour.Highly recommend Benjamin again

Shelley was such a thoughtful companion. She reached out to me one day before the tour and sent extremely detailed instructions on how to find the meeting point and arrange transportation. She provided great emotional support and shared thorough insights about every scenic spot with her extensive knowledge. I felt totally comfortable and satisfied throughout the trip. It was a wonderful, unforgettable journey and she left a deep impression on me.

Lan is an excellent tour guide and is a real local with excellent English. Her tours are always small group so she spends a lot of time catering to your needs. Her tour gives a good overview of the techno elements of Shenzhen (robot barista, drone delivery, robot taxi, gadget centre) which can sometimes be difficult to discover if you don’t have someone point it out. It can also be difficult to engage with the system eg ordering things, if you don’t have a local. She also explained some of the history behind Shenzhen. Would highly recommend if you’re here for a short time and want to experience what the tech side of Shenzhen has to offer.

Shelley is thoughtful and considerate. Even though it rained today, she adjusted our itinerary to prioritize indoor attractions and cut down outdoor arrangements, which really took me by pleasant surprise. I gained plenty of insights into Gangxiabei Metro Station. We also admired the stunning skyline at Talent Park — a unique, enchanting beauty under the rain. We got to try a humanoid robot barista making coffee, rode in a driverless taxi, and even watched drone food delivery after the rain let up. Nantou Ancient City left an incredibly deep impression on me. I learned a great deal about the cultural relics unearthed there, the stories behind them, as well as local folk customs. I was fascinated by the Lingnan art forms such as Cantonese gray sculpture and Cantonese porcelain. The whole experience was deeply touching, packed with rich cultural information and professional knowledge.

We had a private tour just for the two of us, which made it incredibly personalised and flexible. Our guide adjusted the itinerary to our needs, took us to Shenzhen Bay Park and the most extraordinary bookstore I have ever seen, and engaged us in fascinating conversations about history, politics and culture that made the city come alive. Highly recommended.

Crystal is an great guy, very enjoyable to talk to him. He took me around the central of Shenzhen and suprisingly after a walk with him, I can take my manager around also. He showed me cool places. We walk up to the mountain and had an beautiful overview of Shenzhen. And he took good pictures too. Bonus he is also handsome and caring.

It was a great tour with knowledge on the history of Shenzhen shared. Benjamin patiently answered my questions about the culture well.

The walking tour offers what we look for in a high-tech city: a driverless taxi, a drone-delivered coffee and a robot-prepared ice cream. Though the weather was a bit humid this morning, Lan has made the tour very interesting. It was better than what we had expected. She has good local knowledge. She has shown us the locations for the gadgets we intended to purchase. The walking tour is highly recommend

Lan was such a great guide! She helped us book the drone delivery and driverless robot taxis which we absolutely wanted to experience on our trip to shenzhen. She was very patient with and helped us take all the photos we wanted and answered our questions. We’re really glad we booked her as we would probably not have had the same experience without her. I am rating Lan’s tour as a real winner above most others for a number of reasons: (1) Lan’s English is really excellent, she can explain things and talk super fluently (2) she has worked in international companies in product development and design so can talk about tech in a way that I found really interesting (3) she is super organised and aware of how to manage a tour. 5 stars for Lan which is important as the competition is quite variable so she is a great trustworthy option!

Did the Discover Shenzhen in 3 Hours tour with Jen and it was one of the most insightful ways to understand the city in a short time. Jen brings a very personal touch to the experience. Being born and raised in Shenzhen, she shares stories and perspectives you simply wouldn’t get otherwise. The tour feels relaxed and well-paced, covering different sides of the city without feeling rushed. Walking through areas like Luohu District and Futian District really highlights the contrast between traditional and modern Shenzhen, and Jen explains this transition in a very engaging and easy-to-follow way. One of the coolest parts was experiencing the driverless bus, which added a unique, futuristic element to the tour and made it even more memorable. Overall, Jen made the tour feel authentic, informative, and enjoyable throughout. It’s a great option if you want a meaningful introduction to Shenzhen beyond just the usual sightseeing. Did the Shenzhen Tech Trip covering Shenzhen Talent Park, Gangxia North Station, and Huaqiangbei Electronics Market and it turned out to be one of the most unique experiences in Shenzhen. What really made the tour stand out was our guide Lan. She was extremely well-organized, clear with instructions, and made sure everything ran smoothly from one stop to the next. More than that, she explained the concepts behind what we were seeing in a very simple and engaging way, which made the experience much more meaningful. At Shenzhen Talent Park, the drone delivery experience was honestly fascinating — ordering a drink and watching it arrive from the sky feels like stepping into the future. Lan guided us through the process seamlessly and made sure everyone could experience it. The self-driving taxi element was also very interesting to see up close. Gangxia North Station was another highlight, and Lan pointed out details that you would otherwise miss. It really does feel like a futuristic space. Huaqiangbei was intense but exciting, and having Lan there helped navigate the chaos. She gave useful tips on where to go, what to look for, and how the market actually works. One of the greatest experiences of our entire trip to China. Lan is incredibly knowledgeable, and the tour was extremely well-organized and fully adapted to our preferences. Everything went perfectly! We couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!
