The tour with Charlie was absolutely incredible. He made us understand why Torremolinos is the way it is and showed us interesting places. Charlie is humorous and very welcoming. We had a great time - book a tour with Charlie!!

Charlie's tour is not to be missed. He led ours with enthusiasm and humour while the history of Torremolinos that he shared with us was a revelation. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it - except for those who prefer to avoid steps. Many thanks Charlie and for the photo!

I was unclear what a walking tour of Torremolinos would offer but can now confidently say it's well worth taking two hours to hear and discover more with Alvaro, who was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Was interesting to be shown buildings and learn about the towns Moorish Mill roots, to its current layout and design today. Fascinating to understand how the liberal LGBT party reputation of Torremonolos was established in Franco's repressive rule, how it has subsequently evolved and moved locations, along with other anecdotal tales about the rich, famous and key local figures that helped make Torremonolos the resort it is.

If you're looking for a tour to truly understand Torremolinos, it's this one. Charlie was a fantastic guide, with such a wealth of knowledge. His delivery of the tour was first class and he was equal parts informative and sensitive - especially in his introduction to Pasaje Begoña, which I found deeply moving. Would highly recommend.

Charlie was such a good tour guide! I was actually the only person on my tour, I found out so many interesting facts & I didn’t realise how much of an interesting history Torremolinos has! I definitely recommend doing this tour, there were a lot of suggestions so I recommend doing this at the start of your trip!
