Cultural Free Walking Tours in Valparaíso

We had a really good tour of Valparaiso it was a totally different look and feel to what we expected. Worth a couple of hours

Moira, our Guide, was really lovely and sympathetic. She took her time with us and was very sweet to show us her city and community. We learned a lot about the Street Art and the role it has in Valparaíso’s history. We had the chance to meet Artists and see there work first hand. Her tour was quite personal und we learned a lot about the current political and social topics of the people who live here. If you want to see a bit of a different side of this wonderfully crazy city, Moira and her friends are the Guides to go to. Thank you, Moira! ❤️

My specific tour took us up the hills of Valparaiso. While the pace we good enough for me, some people might find it difficult. Nice that we took a fanicular up to cut the walk, then it was all downhill from there.

I really wanted to learn more about the cities histroy, than the street art. The immigration museum is a great place to learn more about Valparaiso’s rich cultural heritage and the settlers that arrived form so many countries in the 1800’s/early 1900’s

We gad a great tour with Macarena! She told us so much about Valparaiso, the murals and Chilean history - we learned a lot and had much fun. Thanks again! :)

Great way to get oriented and informed in this fabulous city

Doing a day trip from Santiago to Valparaiso, I wanted to immerse myself into the city and visit the most beautiful spots. Moira was the most amazing guide and shared a combination of stories about the city and her experiences living there. She knows a lot of the local artists which made the day guides tour very interesting and varied. If you are comparing multiple tours I would go with this one (no doubts).

The tour was very good: on time, thorough, informative across so many aspects. The guide blended an Informal relaxed approach with a professional style; it was very good.

Benjamin gave me a great tour. He answered all my questions and had tons of knowledge about the past and present of Valparaiso and Chile in general. One of the best walking tours I‘ve ever been on!

We were English speaking tour, group of only 3 people and the guide that day, which gave space for many questions. Joaquin was amazing, I did expected great walking tour and it was delivered. He told us about safe neighborhoods, about murals, buildings, told more about culture, food, drinks, basically anything you ask.
