We had an earpiece to listen, preferred this to trying to catch what is being said at the front of the group as in other tour groups. Adjustable volume and clear sound.

Stefania was extremely informative and knowledgable about her home city. She drew on a wealth of information about the history, economy and cultural background of Strasbourg. With a group of 26 people she was extremely attentive to their needs, welcomed questions and yet had a relaxed and open professional style. Highly recommended guide.
