Hablaba excelente inglés y español, hizo el tour muy ameno e interesante, explicó todo con mucho entusiasmo y mucha propiedad, muy profesional. Excelente conocimiento y dominio de los temas, y lo sabe transmitir muy bien

Excellent tour supplying lots of information.

Leila was a very good guide, we enjoyed the walking tour with her. She even invested on her work by allowing tourists to rent her ear device for 1 Euro so we could clearly hear her talking even around a bunch of crowd. We tried some cheese and cookie/bread during the tour which was a kind gesture from Leila and ideal for local businesses as part of their product marketing for tourists like us. Truly recommended, kudos to Leila and her team!

Fantastic tour. Steph was great. Very very knowledgeable and shared that with us on the tour. Friendly and approachable, she took us to see parts of the city we'd have otherwise missed. Lots of tips for in and around the city too which was most appreciated. Thank you

Stef was a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly guide. The group had one difficult individual complaining she’d lost the group, but was on her phone most of the time and was an unreasonable person. Stef remained polite and professional throughout, which I commend her for. Great tour, route and guide. Thoroughly recommended.

I highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed listening to the historical accounts and the stories as well as the descriptions of the diverse architecture in Strasbourg. We also got to do some gingerbread and cheese tasting which really helped me pick which goodies to buy for my friends and family. I’m grateful they hold these tours on December 24 too!

Leila was great! The tour group was a little larger than I’d have preferred and we did get separated from the group at one point but we were able to find them again. Overall we really enjoyed the tour.

Great tour, guide was both engaging and informative. She made sure she wasn't losing the group's attention and took her time explaining things. Also pointed out recs for food (and public toilets) and hidden gems in Strasbourg. Was a great intro to the city and 2 hours well spent.

Great tour guide, very warm and brought the difficult past of the Alsace region to life through individual stories and the places visited. Would definitely recommend this for those wanting to find their bearings in Strasbourg.

Steph is an excellent source of information on history, culture and insider tips. She was professional but great sense of humour. She constantly checked that everyone was there and ok and encouraged questions. Highly recommend

We took the tour with our five children. The guide was hesitant to give them the ear pieces based on there age but went out of her way to ensure they were close to the front and heard Everything she said. We have done several Guru tours and they said this was their favorite .
