From Muslims to nougat - Free Tour

A different visit through the old Muslim quarters. Going through the 15th century oven, hidden walls, legends, 11th century castle, natural springs, description of the landscape... The main idea is to discover the town of Jijona/Xixona from the most interesting places, a fun and educational walk between its streets where stories, legends, undervalued riches are hidden. The legend of Sant Sebastià will be our leitmotif. What are we gonna see? - Archipestral Church: Built between the end of the s. XVI and beginning of the s. XVII, Renaissance style. - Old Church from the 13th century - Oven del Raval - Hermitage of Sant Sebastià - Casa de la Sabonería. - Blai Tower. - Neighborhood of the Ganduls. - Franciscan Convent. - Primitivo Rovira Nougat Factory (October to December)
