We are open and curious folks who enjoy meeting new friends from all over the world. We would like to make you feel as if a friend of yours is showing you around, but a friend with local insights and nous. Those who are familiar with the city and even locals can get surprised too – and in the past 3 years, many did! The tour takes 2-2½ hours. You'd barely notice the time as it's less walking and more fun facts and conversation so you never get tired or bored. Moreover, you will meet and chat with other open and fun people, fellow travelers, or curious locals. Tour description

San Francisco is a very diverse city with a lot of cultural history. Come discover the hidden stories in two of its central neighborhoods: The Mission District and The Castro!
We’ll explore many famous spots, loved by locals and often missed by tourists including Mission Dolores Park, the Castro Theatre, and the Clarion Mural Alley. Dive into the stories of the city and learn how the forces of history have transformed these neighborhoods over the last two centuries.

This tour will start at the Mission Dolores Basilica located at 16th and Dolores St and end in the heart of Castro, right next to the Castro Metro station. The tour will last 2-2.5 hours and will include 2 miles of walking. There will be a short restroom and water break as well as a free group photo.

It was an interesting tour with a lot of insight scoop. The guide was fun and colorful, the only slightly negative I have to say is, it was quite a distance to walk and no opportunity to sit just for a break. Otherwise a good tour.
