Beyond the information, what stood out most was Julia’s kindness and joy — she made us feel not like tourists, but like welcomed friends. This tour wasn’t just informative, it was truly memorable. I had one of the best tours ever. Was very personal, really well paced, it didn’t feel too exhausting and Lisa was really easy between sharing history as well as some personal stories. I was super tired from an early train but she made it so easy for me to enjoy.

Alex speak fluent English. The trip was full of history, beautiful nature. Alex surprised me with so many interesting facts that you will not read in Wikipedia. He was knowledgeable about architecture and also we had great conversation. He was kind and dżentelmen by all tour. I had such a good time !!! It’s really worth, you will not get bored! We were just two persons on the tour and Nhat adjusted the tour to all our wishes. He knows the city very well and we could see that he had a lot of experience with tourists. Nhat speaks English very well and had an answer to all our questions. I can 100% recommend to let him show you Hanoi!

As this was my second trip to Hanoi, Hanako managed to skip the places i had previously visited and brought me to other locations where i had yet to visit. Loved the experience of going into the alleys to see how the locals live. Hanako mentioned i was his first ever tourist for his trip, so i am honored to be his first. A brilliant introduction to the Old Town which definitely covered areas that I would otherwise have overlooked. A good mix of "tourist" and "local" sights. Melody is an engaging and interesting host who is clearly passionate about her city, and egg coffee!

I felt right at home with Kitty. She is the sweetest. She guided us very well through the incense village and also answered all of our questions about Vietnam. She had an extremely positive vibe and she's fun loving. Definitely recommended. I wish her all the best for her future.

The food tour with Rachel was amazing. We had a great time. She took us to try several Vietnamese dishes that we haven't tried before and shared so much history with us. She also was very personable. I would recommend a tour with Rachel.

The tour was so happy! We enjoyed 4 delicious dishes! I like bun cha the most, it's absolutely amazing! Melody was really friendly. She had a lot of knowledge about Vietnamese cuisine and culture and also the hidden gems of Hanoi. Highly recommend this tour!

We did the street food tour with Stella and enjoyed it very much. She took us to places well-known among locals and told us a lot about the food and the country. It felt very familiar to sit and chat and share tasty food with her. We would highly recommend doing this tour.

Our guide, Stella, was great. She's very knowledgeable and she could answer all of our follow up questions. Her stories about her family with regards to the war grounded our understanding of the struggle of the Vietnamese people. We toured the war museum and hoa lu prison. Our tour experience was definitely made better because of her.

Wendy was an amazing tour guide! We had a fantastic time learning about Hanoi’s history in the Den Ngoc Son to a hidden gem for egg coffee! Hanoi is gorgeous but the tour was even better with our amazing tour guide!! I cannot recommend her enough!

The tour with Sang was a very cool experience. He showed us a few restaurants in our area and considered our needs for vegeterian food. Some of the foods he showed us are now one of our favourits. Always again!
