I had a confirmation and reconfirmed one day before and myself and my wife went to the meeting point which was 2 minutes from our apartment 10 minutes before 11.00 hrs. No guide showed up nor other people and despite sending emails with my tel. nbr no reply at ALL. A real pity !

We were told to meet at the statue of Isabela La Católica but the only guide there was a Spanish speaker from another tour group. She said that the English tours usually start at Plaza Nueva. We ran over there and were able to join an English tour with another company.
