Join us for a walking tour designed for travelers who genuinely want to understand the White City—its history, architecture, local culture, hidden corners, and contradictions.

We begin at the iconic Plaza 25 de Mayo, the historic heart of Sucre. Here, we will explore the city’s colonial past, the revolutionary events that shaped Bolivia’s independence, and the stories behind some of its most important buildings.

We then visit the historic University of San Francisco Xavier, one of the oldest universities in the Americas, to discover its beautiful colonial courtyard and its important role in the intellectual and political history of the region.

From there, we walk through Bolívar Park, where history, architecture, and everyday local life come together. Along the way, we won't only tell you the beautiful side of Sucre. Our goal is to offer an objective perspective, discussing both the achievements and the more difficult chapters of the city's past and present.

We continue toward La Recoleta, one of Sucre's oldest and most traditional neighborhoods. Its narrow streets, white colonial houses, viewpoints, and hidden corners reveal a completely different side of the city.

But this experience is not only about monuments and dates. We want you to experience the real Sucre. We'll leave the typical tourist route and visit a traditional local bar rarely visited by tourists, where you can taste traditional drinks and discover a part of everyday life that most visitors never see.

Throughout the walk, we'll talk openly about Sucre—its history, architecture, traditions, politics, social changes, local life, and the good and bad sides of the city.

We are not trying to create the biggest walking tour in Sucre. We prefer smaller groups of curious travelers who want to ask questions, exchange ideas, and truly understand the place they are visiting.
