Carla is energetic and very passionate about the People, the History, the Locations and the Culture of Montreal. Her enthusiasm and knowledge bound our group together with a kind of shared goal of learning more about the Mile-End region of Montreal.
The best quality a Leader can have is a sincere love of their subject. It is clear that Carla feels deeply about Montreal and Canada and this enthusiasm invited all of us to share in her stories and descriptions of the Province of Quebec. We can judge a leader's effectiveness by how engaged her followers are. Each and every one of the 12 people in our tour had pertinent, informative and interesting comments along the way.

Carla was great, normally she would cancel if less than five but she went ahead and did the tour when we were unable to do it the next day. Definitely some great stops for food and she suggested others. She made sure that we had enough time to grab a coffee or bagel if we wanted.
