Walk Through Time in the Enchanting City of Khiva!
This is not just a tour—it’s a genuine conversation about Khiva and Uzbekistan today. I share personal stories, cultural insights, and reflections on life here, past and present. You’ll hear what it’s really like to live in Uzbekistan—beyond the postcards and polished tales—through the eyes of someone who was born and raised inside these ancient walls.
Khiva’s breathtaking walled city, where every street and monument tells a story. This tour will take you deep into the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, once a vital stop on the legendary Silk Road.
⚠️ An entrance ticket costs 250.000 som around 17€ covers all visiting places and is valid for 2 days. (not included on the tour) Please make sure to buy your ticket. You will need it to go inside the city and museums.
We’ll begin at the grand Ota Darvoza, West Gate(meeting point) the main entrance to the old city, where I’ll introduce you to Khiva’s rich history. Then, we’ll visit:
✅ Kalta Minor - 30 min
✅ Kuhna Ark palace - 40 min
✅ Pakhlavon Mahmud Mausoleum – 30 min ✅ Islam Khoja Minaret - 20 min
✅ Juma Mosque – 30 min
✅ Tosh Hovli Palace – 30 min
Then we will be finishing in the eastern gate of the old town
