We will meet at George Orwell Square, a corner full of history, and from there we will delve into the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter on a gastronomic tour designed for you to discover the most authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.

Our first stop will be a traditional tapas bar, where you will taste classics such as Galician-style octopus and baby squid, accompanied by a cold beer or a glass of vermouth.

We will continue to a pintxos bar, where Basque gastronomy will be present in every bite, accompanied by a refreshing drink. Then, in the seaside neighborhood of La Barceloneta, we will savor the best paella in the city.

To end on a high note, we will enjoy an artisan ice cream at the best ice cream shop in Barcelona, located in the charming neighborhood of Born.

And as a perfect epilogue, we will sit in front of the majestic Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, whose impressive construction inspired the Netflix series The Cathedral of the Sea. There, we will toast with a glass of wine or cava, letting history and flavor intertwine in an unforgettable moment.
