Booking system let us down. I suspect this is the automated booking system and no reflection on the tour guide. Having booked the previous day and received a confirmation saying “confirmed, see you tomorrow “ when we arrived at the meeting place no one was there. I e mailed Joseba who promptly replied saying no tours today and that he had not received a booking. We do not have another day to do the tour this holiday.☹️
