It all begins in the city's beating heart, where history blends with the buzz of the locals: the main square. There, surrounded by architecture that holds more secrets than meets the eye, I'll tell you how this place witnessed encounters and the occasional legend.

Then we'll head for the river, and it's in the park on its banks where we slow down, disconnect from the noise of the world, and connect with the tranquility of the water... And how do we end the tour? With a toast in an old local winery where the aromas of wine and the earth combine in a unique sensorial experience.

Hinojosa Winery is one of the oldest boutique wineries in the area. Visitors can enjoy a winery tour and tasting, which includes a walk-through of the winemaking process, including labeling, bottling, and more.

Wine tasting is not included. It costs 15,000 pesos (about $14). It includes a guided tour and tasting.
