Vaig venir al Vietnamese Coffee Workshop a través de Guruwalk per fer un taller de cafè vietnamita. Tot i que era jo sola, en Joseph em va fer el taller per a mi. Vaig aprendre molt sobre el cafè a Vietnam, com el cultiven i com l'elaboren. Va ser molt interessant tot el que em va explicar i en Joseph va ser molt amable en tot moment. Ho recomano!! Cảm ơn Joseph! :) I came to the Vietnamese Coffee Workshop through Guruwalk to do a Vietnamese coffee workshop. Even though I was alone, Joseph made the workshop for me. I learned a lot about coffee in Vietnam, how they grow it and how they make it. Everything he explained to me was very interesting and Joseph was very friendly at all times. I recommend it!! I absolutely loved this tour. It was run by Joseph and his family in his home and I was the only one in the session. He was very informative and knowledgeable where I could ask many questions, the types of coffees outside of Vietnam as well. We made 3 coffees in total (egg coffee, salted coffee, and coconut coffee). his family and kids were really friendly as well. this tour completely blew me away, please support him and tip him well!

Highly recommended for coffee lovers and anyone wanting a deeper appreciation of Vietnamese coffee culture! This was such a unique and enriching experience, and definitely a must-try when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you, Joseph and Chien, for welcoming us into your home and teaching us about the history of coffee in Vietnam, and proper brewing methods using the phin filter. It was also a great chance to experience authentic egg coffee and other traditional Vietnamese coffee drinks.
