Hi! I'm Italian and have always loved traveling and discovering new cultures, and every trip has brought me unforgettable stories and emotions. For two years, I've been a tour guide in Stockholm, a city that has captivated me with its unmistakable atmosphere. I'm a scholar and passionate about history, art, and local traditions, and I love sharing my knowledge, blending history and curiosities to convey the details and secret charm that each place holds.

Tour description

A journey into the heart of Stockholm, amidst kings, secrets, history, art, and legends. We'll begin at the city's founding site, recounting the birth of the monarchy and the intrigues that made it famous. The Stadshuset, the Nobel Prize building, will be an opportunity to discover curiosities related to one of the world's most prestigious prizes. In Gamla Stan, the oldest and liveliest part of the city, we'll wander through medieval streets, crossing Stockholm's narrowest alley. We'll then enter Stortorget, the square of the infamous "Bloodbath," and discover Järnpojke, Sweden's smallest figurine. We'll conclude our tour with a sweet surprise, witnessing the creation of artisanal candies in a historic workshop and... tasting them right there!

 We will explore together:

  •  The Strömmen, Lake Mälaren and the birth of Stockholm
  •  The Royal Swedish Opera
  •  City Hall and the Nobel Prize
  •  Riksbron and the Parliament
  •  Storkyrkan - Stockholm Cathedral
  •  Kungliga slottet - the Royal Palace
  •  Saint George and the Dragon
  •  Järnpojke - the smallest statue in Sweden
  •  Stortorget - the "Bloodbath" Square
  •  The runestone of Gamla Stan
  •  Mårten trotzigs gränd - the narrowest alley in Stockholm
  •  Old town Polkagriskokeri - the candy workshop
