During the tour, you will taste authentic dishes prepared on the spot, from artisanal moles and traditional empanadas to snacks that exist only here.
Each stop is carefully selected to showcase the state's diverse flavors, its history, and its culture. I will share with you interesting facts, local anecdotes, cooking techniques, and the cultural significance behind each dish. This tour is not just about eating; it's about connecting with Oaxaca from its deepest roots: food made with soul.
*Each traveler will pay for the dishes they eat. Vegetarian options only at 10 am.
