During the tour, you will taste authentic dishes prepared on the spot, from artisanal moles and traditional empanadas to snacks that only exist here.
Each stop is carefully selected to showcase the state's diverse flavors, history, and culture. I'll share interesting facts, local anecdotes, cooking techniques, and the cultural significance behind each dish.
