I grew up in the Tampa Bay area on the St. Pete side. After some travel, I moved to Tampa in 1996 and fell in love with the area. Tampa's downtown is flourishing. The Bayshore and Riverwalk are wonderful. There are bike rentals, scooter rentals, boat rentals, SUP rentals, etc. I regularly ride a bike or walk on the Riverwalk. I enjoy hosting family, friends, guests, etc. to brag about all that Tampa has to offer.

Tour description
The Tampa Riverwalk is a vibrant, beautiful, and significant part of the city. Here are the most significant places for a tourist for an easy walk.
• Meet on the Armature Works lawn
• Walk to Franklin Street to view murals, including the Tampa Postcard mural on Royal Street
• Walk to the Hatricks TECO Trolley Street Car station
• Take the Trolley to Ybor City
• Walk on 7 Ave, aka Septima Ave, through historic Ybor City
• Return via Trolley to the Aquarium Station
• Walk to Sparkman Wharf
• Stroll on the Tampa Riverwalk back to Armature Works
I estimated 2 hours for just a highlight of the city. It could take longer if we stop too long at any place along the route.
