Immerse Yourself in the Tuscan Countryside with 3 Different Experiences in One Day!
We’ll meet in the centre of Florence, and a licensed driver will take you to our farm in Fucecchio, right in the heart of Tuscany, in just 45 minutes.
What will we do?
1 – Countryside Walk Stroll through rolling fields, centuries-old olive trees, and vineyards while enjoying the landscape, the plants, and learning about our history and farm. It’s the perfect chance to take stunning photos of the authentic Tuscan scenery. You might even meet our friendly pet pig! In September, you can taste fresh grapes straight from the vine.
2 – Wine Cellar Visit & Tasting Tour our wine cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines — both white and red — aged directly from the barrel, plus Vin Santo, a traditional sweet wine. You’ll also sample our extra virgin olive oil and enjoy a short video about our mission. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase wines at cellar prices or order them for shipping.
3 – Fresh Pasta Making In the final part of the day, our professional chefs will teach you the secrets of making fresh pasta, such as tortelli or ravioli! The pasta will be combined and cooked together like we do in our homes in Italy (individual cooking is not possible). Then, we’ll sit down and enjoy it together at a long table — just like a true Italian family. During the meal, extra wine will be served, and one of our hosts will make sure you’re the star of the experience!
Groups are limited to a maximum of 20 participants, so there’s plenty of opportunity to socialize.
For our guests’ comfort, we provide an optional transportation from/to Florence city centre in a private 20-passenger minibus with a dedicated driver, avoiding the need for a train ride back. This service costs €20 per person (round trip) to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return journey.
IMPORTANT: Children under 12 must use car seats as required by Italian law. Advance request is mandatory for families traveling with minors, subject to our confirmation based on daily capacity. If car seats aren't requested and confirmed in advance, we must refuse transportation with no refund.
For the morning session, return to the meeting point is at approximately 4:30–5:00 PM. For the afternoon session, return is at approximately 9:30–10:00 PM. Times may vary — please keep an eye on the messages you receive for updates.
