This isn't a snack tour. It's a Portuguese feast with premium ingredients, generous dishes, and wine, hosted by a family-run business. Your feast begins with three traditional Portuguese appetizers. First, enjoy the famous Pastéis de Bacalhau, Portugal's beloved crispy deep-fried codfish cakes. Then savour premium hand-carved 100% Pata Negra Iberian ham, one of the finest cured hams on the Iberian Peninsula. As we stroll through the central neighborhood of Baixa we will take time to learn more about its fantastic history and the gems that hide in its corners - Pausing for a taste of Ginjinha, a sweet and tangy sour-cherry liquor that is a favorite among locals and a must-try for visitors. Enter a historical venue for your third stop, where you'll discover its origins but also the best of what Southern Portuguese cuisine has to offer: Smoked Portuguese Chouriço grilled at your table, served with artisanal sheep cheese and bread from the Alentejo region - Paired with a bold glass of red wine. Take a few more steps to the restaurant where you will be served a selection of dishes that represent Portuguese maritime traditions, start with Bacalhau à Brás a true Lisbon dish, and then the highlight of your feast is our signature Arroz de Marisco— one of Portugal's most celebrated seafood dishes —generously prepared with lobster, shrimp and fresh clams. All perfectly paired with Portuguese Vinho Verde. Finish your feast on a sweet note - with the famous Pastel de Nata and a glass of iconic Port Wine.
