Tour accompanied by a certified interpreter guide, along the famous and award-winning Paiva Walkways and the Arouca 516 Suspension Bridge. The latter is one of the largest suspension bridges in the world, measuring 516 meters in length and 175 meters above the river. Along the way, you will be able to learn about the main points of geological interest, such as the Garganta do Paiva, the Aguieiras Waterfall, the Praia Fluvial do Vau, the Gola do Salto, or the Falha da Espiunca, not to mention the biodiversity. In the latter case, if you're lucky, you might even see otters. You can count on a picnic that will help you stay energized and hydrated during your hike, which is adapted to the physical condition of the participants. You can also choose the "lunch included" option and enjoy an experience of real Portuguese gastronomy at the end of the walking tour; or, alternatively, you can choose to have an hour free to explore the area. Before returning to Porto, we will also treat you to a tasting of convent sweets in Arouca, accompanied by a drink of your choice.
