Roll up your sleeves and dive into one of Madrid’s most fun and social food experiences - where you don’t just taste Spanish cuisine, you create it yourself.
Join a lively, hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn to prepare three of Spain’s most iconic dishes - paella, sangria, and churros - in a relaxed and social setting. Led by passionate local chefs, this is an interactive experience where everyone gets involved and works as a team. From chopping ingredients to stirring the pan, you’ll learn step by step how to recreate these classics at home.
You’ll: • Cook a traditional Spanish paella from scratch collaboratively as a team • Prepare jugs of refreshing sangria collaboratively as a team • Prepare crispy, golden churros collaboratively as a team
And the best part?
You’ll then sit down together and enjoy everything you’ve made. Throughout the experience, enjoy free-flowing wine, making it as much a social event as it is a cooking class. Expect a fun, informal atmosphere filled with great food, conversation, and plenty of laughs - perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups alike.

Know before you go
- For your safety, please wear closed-toe shoes during the class. As knives are used throughout the experience, flip-flops and open-toe shoes are not recommended and are worn at your own risk.
- PLEASE NOTE: Inform us about any food allergies or dietary requirements as far in advance as possible! Our classes typically feature a seafood paella, but we're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets whenever possible. If your dietary requirements cannot be accommodated in a group setting, we'll be pleased to serve a traditional Spanish tortilla for you to enjoy while the rest of the group has the paella.
