- Entry to the gardens is free of charge from November to March, and no ticket is required during this period. However, from April to October, a ticket is necessary to visit the gardens. Your guide will provide you with your ticket on the day of the tour (if option selected)

- Important note: The duration of the tour is 5 hours from November to March and 6 hours from April to October.

- This tour involves a fair amount of walking
- We strongly recommend that clients traveling with young children aged 2 or above to bring their own child seat. Infants under 2 years old should travel on a parent’s lap. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safety of their child.
