This is not a show cooking experience: everyone takes part, cooks, and enjoys the final result. During the class, our team will guide you step by step through three different cooking stations.
At the first station, you will prepare your own sangria and refill your glass as many times as you like. At the second station, you will make your own traditional Spanish tortilla. Finally, you will prepare the star of the experience: an authentic Spanish paella.
The experience is designed for travelers who want to enjoy Madrid beyond sightseeing, discovering Spanish gastronomy in an authentic and interactive way. At the end of the activity, taste all the dishes prepared during the class, accompanied by drinks.
The space has 6 cooking islands, allowing participants to cook actively in small groups instead of just watching. The activity can also be adapted for groups, families, private events, and international travelers, with the possibility of running the experience in Spanish or English.
