Hosted in a charming rooftop setting with soft jazz music in the background and breathtaking views over Rome, this experience is limited to a maximum of 10 guests to ensure a relaxed, personal, and high-quality atmosphere.
Your evening begins with a welcome Spritz, introduced and explained by your host so you can discover the story behind Italy’s most iconic aperitivo. You’ll then enjoy a guided tasting of Prosecco paired with carefully selected local specialties from the Lazio region, including two varieties of olives, crunchy taralli, and mini bruschette topped with premium extra virgin olive oil in a mini olive oil tasting experience.
The tasting continues with a selection of authentic Roman delicacies: • Pecorino Romano DOP • Fresh Ricotta Romana served with honey • Traditional Corallina salami • Coppiette Romane cured meat • Artisan bread from the Roman countryside
Each course is paired with regional wines, including Frascati Superiore, Cesanese, and Roma DOC wines, all introduced during the experience to help guests better understand the local wine tradition.
To bring the true Roman street food atmosphere to the rooftop, guests will also enjoy a freshly prepared supplì and warm pizza al taglio with different toppings inspired by classic Roman flavors.
