Begin your workshop by learning about the history and iconography of Porto’s iconic azulejos. Then, select a photo of your holiday in Portugal and choose a frame type you like.
Print out the photo for the frame. Get inspired by the pattern of Porto tiles, and see some photos of tiles that can be found in the historic city center. Use these photos as inspiration, or paint a completely unique frame.
Get all the materials you need, including paint, photo paper and many types of photo frames. Enjoy a traditional snack from a local pastelaria.
At the end of the workshop, we place your printed photo into the finished frame and just like that, your travel memory becomes complete: unmistakably Portuguese, deeply personal, and made to be cherished long after the journey ends.
