Create your own Azulejo tile in a workshop in Porto. Choose between traditional glazing or ready-to-go acrylic painting, and learn about the history of Portuguese tiles from a professional artist.

Join a unique tile painting workshop in Porto, led by a professional artist. Choose between two techniques: the traditional Azulejo glazing method, which is kiln-fired, or the ready-to-go acrylic painting option, allowing you to take your finished tile home immediately after the workshop.

During the 2-hour session, learn about the history of Portuguese tiles, different styles, and techniques. Follow a traditional design or create your own. If you’re a beginner, choose from 10 traditional stencils you can trace in a few minutes. All materials are provided, including one tile per person and several vibrant colors to choose from.

With the traditional technique, your glazed tile will be fired in a ceramic kiln. Finished tiles can be picked up after five business days at the studio or mailed to you (Multiple tiles can be shipped in one parcel: Europe – 15 €, USA – 43 €, rest of the world – 25 € with tracking). If you choose the ready-to-go technique, paint with fast-drying acrylics sealed with a protective varnish, ready for pickup right after the workshop.
