Learn about the history and production of beer, spanning over 7,000 years. Visit a recreated European monastic brewery and see how beer was made and distributed in early times.

Discover how beer production evolved with the Industrial Revolution and interact with displays featuring curiosities from beer crafting.

Conclude with beer tastings from a selection of over 100 Portuguese craft beers, paired with cheeses and cured meats, or a four-part food and beer pairing experience, depending on your selection.
