At the winery, meet a wine expert and discover how cheese and wine interact through texture, intensity, aging, and aroma. The heart of the experience is a guided tasting of five different cheeses, ranging from fresh to medium-aged and long-aged varieties, paired with a selection of Tuscan wines.
Rather than simply tasting wine alongside food, learn how each cheese can change the way a wine is perceived — softening tannins, enhancing aromas, and revealing different layers of flavor.
The tasting is accompanied by Tuscan specialties including salami, mixed bruschetta, extra virgin olive oil, flavored oils, balsamic vinegar, and cantuccini with dessert wine. The wine selection may include Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti, Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, and selected Super Tuscans.
After the winery experience, continue to San Gimignano, where you’ll have free time to explore the medieval town independently. Wander through its historic streets and squares, admire the famous towers, browse local shops, or simply enjoy the atmosphere and views over the surrounding countryside.
At the end of the visit, meet your driver for the return journey to Florence.

- San Gimignano is explored independently; no guided town tour is included. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as the historic center has cobblestones, slopes and uneven surfaces
