Late arrivals are considered no-show (NO REFUND)
IMPORTANT!!
We cannot hold the tour for late arrivals, it would be disrespectful to the other guests. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Keep also in mind, it is not possible to join the group after the tour has started. Arriving a a few minutes earlier than the check-in time, is the best way to relaxed and enjoy your experience from the beginning, maintaining the good mood of the group.
HOW TO GET THERE:
By walk from the Florence SMN Train Station:
- From Piazza della Stazione (Stazione Square), leave the Train Station on your left, and walk towards Via Valfonda (Valfonda street), keeping the tram rails on your right.
- At the end of Via Valfonda, go to the traffic light on your left and across the street in front of you (Viale Filippo Strozzi), turn left, and walk till the end of the fortress red-brick wall (on your right), then turn right and go straight for approx. 100 meters (110 yards).
- There is a parking lot in front of you; the meeting point is on the left side of the street, (opposite to the parking lot), at the bottom of the highest red-brick building, exactly where the PRESTIGE RENT red flag is.
By taxi: reserve it in advance, and ask the driver to bring you directly to Piazzale Montelungo (NOT PIAZZALE MICHELANGELO)

IMPORTANT: to avoid confusion, at the meeting point look for PRESTIGE RENT, the operator that organizes and offers the tour booked throgh Viator/TripAdvisor.

- Due to uneven surfaces, and a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
- In case the mentioned wineries are not available, we will choose estates in the same area and with the same level/quality.
- Return at departure point: approx. 5:00pm. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
- Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
- Itinerary and/or visited wineries may change, based on their availability
- Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed
- For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.
