Instructions

Meet the driver at the meeting point at Montelungo Square, Florence. Your guide will be waiting on the left side of the street, opposite the parking lot
The guide will be holding a City Wonders tour sign for easy identification
Show your smartphone voucher to the guide
This tour concludes with a drop-off at Montelungo Square, near the Florence Train Station

Luggage, strollers, or baby carriages are not allowed
Guests with wheelchairs or any disabilities that require special assistance are not allowed
Guests with luggage or suitcases wouldn't be able to join the tour, as the bus does not have a storage space to accommodate items. The supplier is also unable to take responsibility for any baggage that would be left on the bus during the tour.
Please note that infants free of charge do not have a reserved seat on the bus
