This walking food tour was an incredible experience. What really stood out was how well the guide explained the history behind each dish, giving real context to the food rather than just letting us taste it. Walking around the town made the experience even more special, as we learned so much about local traditions and everyday life in Cebu. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of the tour — it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Cebu.

My boyfriend and I only had one day in Cebu and I absolutely wanted to discover and learn as much as possible about the city and the country in general. But with this tour, we got SO MUCH MORE ! Louidth literally narrates and makes you live the Philippines, sharing his knowledge of its history, customs, way of living, of thinking and most importantly his passion for his home country. I know he has a lot of eulogistic reviews but believe me when I say that he deserves every single one of them and will take your experience of the country to a new level (gorgeous sites, amazing food, fun facts you would never have guessed, jeepney ride and so much more).

The tour go with a very comfortable temple. I don't get tired or bored during the whole tour. I got the chance to try some local food and Jeepney ride. This was a great way to see Cebu and experience how the locals live! Hazel took us through areas we would have never found on our own. Many times, we were the only tourists. She made sure we got everything we wanted out of this tour and customized it to meet our curiosities. My niece brought with her a list of foods she hoped to try, and Hazel found those foods for her, even though it wasn’t on the original itinerary. All of us on the tour, even the teenagers, had a great time. They loved riding on the Keepney and being around locals. Hazel is insightful, accommodating and lots of fun! We had a great experience trying all different foods unique to Cebu. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been travelling through The Philippines with my father and we were so fortunate to have stumbled upon this wonderful experience. Hazel’s care and thoughtfulness shone throughout the tour and made both of us feel the warmth and love of the Philippines. With a combination of wonderful history from the introduction of Catholicism to the many wonderful pieces of new and traditional food we were able to try under her guidance. This was a fantastic experience. Lloyd, our guide, was very knowledgeable and explained the history and culture of Cebu in a clear and engaging way. What also made the tour special was being taken to try local food, use local transportation, and visit museums and cathedrals, all with thorough explanations. This allowed us to experience the city from a truly local perspective and better understand its customs and traditions. Great pace, friendly atmosphere, and lots of interesting insights. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cebu!

Lloyd was amazing and we covered a ton of ground with an incredible level of detail and sites! He was entertaining, informative, jovial and attentive whether seeing sites or strolling one of the open markets! Would highly recommend and if I ever am back in Cebu would take another tour with Lloyd!

Hazel is a wonderful tour guide; we wouldn't have missed a single moment of the tour. Whether it was the great conversations, the delicious and unusual food, or the many cultural impressions, she was fantastic. She even accompanied us part of the way back to the hotel so we wouldn't get lost in Cebu's bus system. Simply wonderful!

The Tour with Lloyd was really nice. He explained so many aspects about the history and about the things in the museum. A highlight was the hot chocolate mit rice an Mango- it was so delicious. Lloyd showed us a little more how to live as a Filipino. Our tour took round about 4 hours.
