The tour with Victor was spectacular! It was an amazing introduction to Asunción.
We visited many locations that are important to the city's history and I learned the stories associated with those places. In addition to that, Victor offered numerous suggestions for restaurants, security and other things to see while getting a look at Paraguay.
I recommend this tour, wholeheartedly!
