Susan is friendly, informative and passionate about the history of Bath. My daughter and I enjoyed our tour with Susan as she explained Bath's history with enthusiasm and showed us beautiful areas of Bath we didn't know existed. Susan is personable and we definitely recommend a tour with Susan :))
Se cambiò el horario del tour. Por una mala interpretación mía le dije que si a las 14 y 30 y ella lo había pasado. a las 14 hs Llegué 14 y 15 y no estaba. La llamé y ella no vio el mensaje Luego nos contestò que ya estaba en su casa. Y nos ofreció ir al día siguiente, lo cual era imposible. Muchas gracias
