Adriano is SUPER knowledgeable and had quite a lot of information to share, he was contextualizing Brazilian history and traditional cultures when explaining the origin of the names, architecture and fun facts about the places visited. As a social scientist here in Brazil I can say he was on spot with all the info, using inclusive and respectful terminology regarding indigenous communities. He gave great tips and seemed to be a great person to be around with. Hope to go back and have a beer and continue the conversations we had.
Adriano was great! We really enjoyed the tour and felt that we learned a lot about the history of Salvador as well as some Brazilian history by the end of the tour. He also gave us some suggestions of where to eat and how to stay safe while in the city. Very friendly and helpful.
