We learned a lot from Huy about the history of the city, the food, and Vietnam. All the food was really tasty as well. We did the palace tour earlier in the day as well, and we learned a lot there and felt like it connected the dots on what we learned after doing the food tour in the evening. Very friendly guide with fantastic English, really delicious food, and a great route. We visited places and tried dishes which are very popular among locals and outside of the tourist areas. It was a really great way of seeing the 'local' Hue - and getting a very full and satisfied belly!
