My family loved the tour and loved Elena. A genuine passion (not bored as some tour guides can be), combined with in depth knowledge, thoughtful observations. My family from ages 15 -53 all really enjoyed it.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con este free tour no fue buena. Tenía la reserva para las 12:00, pero solo 2 horas antes me enviaron un WhatsApp diciendo que adelantaban la hora a las 11:15. No hubo llamada ni confirmación, así que no me enteré a tiempo y perdí el tour. La comunicación fue muy deficiente y esto arruinó mi planificación. Un aviso con más antelación y confirmación hubiera evitado la situación. No puedo recomendarlo por este motivo.
