Joana was amazing! This was a 3-hour tour but she went 3.5 hours and stayed to give us so many tips afterward. At the end, she even walked with me and another guest to find lunch, making inquiries at two restaurants on our behalf. I’ve been going through a difficult time grieving a family member and almost stayed in my hotel all day, but I am so glad I dragged myself out for this. Joana’s warmth and hospitality were exactly what I needed. Thank you for the much-needed bright spot in my trip!
